Do the right thing

The time is always right to do what is right.
At Ladybug Language and Literacy, we recognize that our actions can have an impact far beyond the immediate therapy setting. We understand that our first responsibility is doing what is right for the client. This often requires making difficult decisions.

We believe that in doing the right thing without compromise, we will ultimately provide a solid foundation for a trustworthy and lasting relationship between our clients, families, partners, and community.

Be Mindful

We believe in the value of being present in the here and now and setting an intention that is mindful not only for ourselves but on behalf of our therapy setting. Maintaining a growth mindset with forward thinking allows us to make gains in ways a fixed way of thinking will not.

We strive to think outside of the box with a mindful purpose to best serve our clients and families.

Collaborate and Motivate

Bringing opportunity for collaboration not only between other healthcare professionals but most importantly with our families allows us to extend the therapy setting far beyond the immediate.

We aim to bridge the gap and empower families, caregivers, and other professionals involved with our clients so they may further advance our progress and motivate in order to maintain success.

Be Yourself

Everyone has a story to tell. We believe that our therapists, clients, and families all come to the table with a distinctive self that is worthy of quality interaction and therapy performance. We recognize that everyone is unique in their own right and we honor those differences recognizing that each of us brings tremendous value. We recognize that we all make mistakes and have a choice of whether to learn from them and change.

At Ladybug we strive to continually learn from our others so we may continually improve our actions to become the best versions of ourselves.
